Nourishing School Lunchbox Ideas (Minimal Prep!)

I partnered with my friends over at Millers Bio Farm to come up with a nourishing lunchbox idea for busy parents. When I can’t get meat or dairy locally, I purchase from Millers Bio Farm (I’ve been a member for over a year and basically begged them to partner with me because I love their mission, integrity, and quality!). In all honesty, if my local dairy farmer hadn’t let his cow go dry last winter (I was scrambling to find raw milk and yogurt) I wouldn’t have found these guys! Not only did my raw diary dreams come true, but the cured meats, breakfast sausages, non processed snacks, and fermented goods are all so good! You can read up all about their farm, the farmers they partner with, and the quality of every single ingredient they use down to the packaging ingredients!! I just love them!

With that being said, you don’t need to use Miller’s products to create a high quality, nourishing lunchbox for your kiddos. A few staple ingredients, lunchbox of your choice and 5 minutes of prep time is all you need! These lunches are jam packed with fat, fiber, protein, antioxidants, and probiotics to deliver a to-go lunch that every parent can feel good about!
